Devices & claims
What devices promise, what evidence exists
Patents describe mechanisms and intended effects; they do not certify efficacy. We separate patent language, measurable chemistry, marketing claims, and independent performance evidence.
Magnetic treatment
Patents detail magnetic conditioning and scale control. Independent evidence varies by context and setup.
Vortex circulation
Devices claim structured flow and improved properties. Measurements are often indirect or proprietary.
Electrolyzed water
Electrolysis can change pH, redox conditions, and dissolved gases. Those measurable changes do not by themselves establish a health benefit.
How we evaluate device claims
- Patents are evidence of a patent record and its claims, not evidence of efficacy.
- Independent laboratory measurements are required to validate device effects.
- Tests must identify the exact product, input water, controls, instrument, storage time, and claimed endpoint.
- Where data is absent, we document the gap instead of assuming outcomes.
